claim or a reversal of a fraudulent transaction - and you have proof of
shipping and/or proof of delivery - PayPal will reimburse you the full
amount (including shipping costs). It’s that simple.
The process:
- If a buyer files a claim, we’ll place a temporary hold
on the funds.
- We’ll ask you to provide proof of shipment or proof of
delivery and any other information we may request.
- We’ll remove the hold once we’ve confirmed the
transaction’s eligible.
